Our Adoption Story

Here at Montrose Animal Hospital, we believe in helping to create a better life for all animals. With the economic recession, the animal shelters have experienced unprecedented overcrowding. To help, we have begun working with the Cobb County Animal Shelter by taking in a few animals at a time to adopt out from our facility. We house, vaccinate, and microchip each animal in order to get them ready for their forever home.

Before going to their new home, each pet is treated and up-to-date with all vaccines appropriate for their age. Our operation is small, but we believe every action, whether big or small, can help.

Raven

Less than 1 year of age, domestic short hair cat,female,energetic, loves to play, loves to be held, great with dogs and cats.

Rascal

Senior cat, domestic long hair, male, neutered, white, loves to play, likes other cats and loves to cuddle.

Storm

Less than 6 months of age (kitten), domestic short hair cat, male, black, up to date on all vaccines, enjoys playing and lounging.

Pepper

Less than 2 years of age, domestic short hair cat, female, black, spayed, up to date on all vaccines, enjoys playing and lounging.

Eve

Less than 2 years of age, Terrier mix, spayed female, loves to play, energetic, affectionate, loves treats, great with dogs and cats.
